DESCRIPTION:Mark Your Calendars:  Sunday\, Sept. 27.\nOur annual MABA fall potluck picnic and honey show is THIS SUNDAY\, September 27\, 2026 at Westside Provisions District (1170 Howell Mill Road\, Atlanta\, Georgia 30318 — corner of Howell Mill Road and 14th Street).  It’s time to GET THOSE HONEY SHOW ENTRIES READY!! \nPlease RSVP here so we know you’re coming. \nOur gathering will have everything we love about being together: \n~ A honey show where you can win cash prizes and bragging rights! (Click here for the honey show rules.) Remember to READ THE RULES\, READ THE RULE\, READ THE RULES!\n~ If you and your bees produced honey this year\, enter our Black Jar Contest (no actual black jar is necessary);\n~ A BYOB social hour to meet and greet your fellow MABA members;\n~ Good food – it’s always delicious when we bring food for each other – BRING A SIDE DISH OR DESSERT TO SHARE! (MABA will provide fried chicken and tea/lemonade\, beer/wine is BYOB);\n~ Our annual auction\n~ The announcement of MABA’s 2026 Beekeeper of the Year – read all about this year’s nominees at:\nhttps://metroatlantabeekeepers.org/2026-maba-boty-nominees/ \nSchedule of events:\n~ Honey show entries will be accepted at 4PM (please arrive at 4 pm to submit your entries to the judging staff)\n~ Socializing and BYOB cocktail time between 5 PM and 6 PM\n~ We’ll open the food lines at 6 PM for dinner\n~ Auction\, announcement of Beekeeper of the Year and honey and wax winners from honey show follow at about 7 PM \nRSVP here.
